Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EazyFill handles information for the browser extension and supporting account service.

Information we process

• Account information such as name, email address, verification status, plan, credits, and subscription state.
• Extension data such as user-created autofill rules, profiles, userscript metadata/code, settings, and CAPTCHA field mappings.
• Device and service information such as generated device ID, browser metadata, timestamps, logs, errors, and usage records.
• Billing records such as plan, amount, currency, order ID, payment ID, payment status, and provider webhook records.

Payment card, UPI, wallet, or banking details are entered into and processed by the payment provider, not by the extension.

How we use information

• To create and verify accounts, sessions, plans, credits, and subscriptions.
• To provide autofill, userscript, sync, backup, and user-selected field assistance features.
• To process payments, verify webhooks, maintain invoices or payment history, and prevent duplicate billing events.
• To diagnose errors, secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Local storage and sync

EazyFill stores extension data in browser extension storage. Supported plans may use optional cloud sync. Sync data is protected before upload and is used to restore or synchronize extension data across supported devices.

Users can disable sync and can use local import/export controls where available under their plan.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for creditworthiness or lending. We share data only with service providers needed to operate EazyFill, such as hosting, email, payment, storage, monitoring, backup, and security providers, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Local extension data remains until the user deletes it, clears browser extension storage, or uninstalls the extension, subject to browser behavior. Server records are retained as needed for account operation, security, billing, audit, dispute handling, legal compliance, backup, and support.
