Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for EazyFill digital plans and credits.

Digital service

EazyFill is delivered digitally. Paid access, credits, and plan limits are generally activated in the user's account after successful payment verification.

Cancellations

If recurring billing is enabled for a plan, users may request cancellation through available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal where supported, but does not automatically refund past successful payments.

Refund requests

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed activation, incorrect payment, or service access problems that support cannot resolve.

Refund requests should be sent to support.eazyfill@002529.xyz within 7 days of payment with the account email, payment ID, order ID, and reason.

Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider and may take additional bank or provider processing time.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined for consumed credits, completed billing periods, violation of terms, unsupported third-party website changes, or user-created rules/scripts that do not work because of site-specific restrictions.
